  1. Answers:-

    1. How does the order process work?
      Select the product you wish to purchase. Add to cart and continue to shop or to checkout. Fill out all forms and information required. Once order has been received an email confirmation will be sent to you containing a detailed summary of your order.

    2. Is it possible to add or remove items from my order once it has been submitted?
      Once you have submitted your order, we begin processing your order. During this time we may be able to add or remove items from your order. Once an order is being packaged we are no longer able to change your order. Please email us as soon as possible or call us at 415.221.1802 to either add or remove an item from your order, or you can place another order.

    3. Is it possible to cancel my order after it has been submitted?
      Once you have submitted your order, and during the processing time frame, we are able to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped we are no longer able to cancel an order. You can check the status of your order by clicking on "My Account", and signing in. Click on your recent order number to view the status. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status of your package.

    4. Is it possible to order items over the phone?
      You can not place orders over the phone at his time. All orders must be placed online.

    5. Do you ship items Internationally?

    6. How do I check my order status?
      You can check the status of you order three ways.  You can email us or you can phone us for an update. Also you can log into your Paypal account to check the status of your order.

    7. What is the process for returning an item's?
      For returns contact Jeffs Jeans at 415.221.1802 or email hello@jeffsjeans.com within 15 days of receipt of product. Include your order number and reason of return. An email confirmation will be sent out containing all information for the return process. All items must be accompanied with all tags and product must be in good condition.

    8. What does it mean when my order is on backorder?
      We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and we'll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed when you add an item to your basket, and also during checkout. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that we may experience delays.
